After three years of postponements, cancellations and restrictions of Lane’s homecoming festivities due to work stoppages and COVID-19, 2022 homecoming week returned to normal.
The entire student body flooded into Lane Stadium on Friday for a pep rally that featured an athlete’s parade, plenty of performances and the announcement of this year’s homecoming court.
On Saturday, Lane hosted their first even flag football homecoming game, as Lane improved to 3-0 on the year with a 36-0 win over Senn.
Following the flag football win, Lane’s tackle football team continued the dominant day for the Champions as they also advanced to 3-0 with a 35-0 win over Hubbard.
