On Valentine’s Day in 1956, the Lane Daily ran an article reporting on the history of Valentine’s Day. The writer also offered the opinion that “the practice of sending Valentines seem (sic) to be diminishing slowly year by year.” Fifty-six years later, the Warrior would like to offer a retraction of this sentiment and direct our readers to the multitude of Valentine’s messages printed on the inside pages of this issue. Happy Valentine’s Day.
