Green and Gold Game kicks off Boys Basketball season
Lane Tech Basketball is back.
After finishing last season 3rd place in the Red North Conference (4-4), the Boys Varsity team played its first game this season: the annual Green and Gold scrimmage. This game is a matchup between the Varsity team members, who are split up on to different teams. The White team beat the Black team 60-52, in front of a packed crowd full of students, faculty, and family members.
“It’s always easier to give your all when you have people cheering you on,” said Vance Rockford, Div. 582.
Good luck this season, boys!
