Malak Afaneh is a senior at Lane. Wildly proud of being Muslim and a strong woman, she enjoys writing about the variety of art and creativity found around Lane and Chicago. She participates in many extracurricular activities including cross country and Muslim Club. She enjoys writing, poetry, and anything chocolate flavored.
