Jackson Janes, a senior at Lane Tech, is heavily involved in school clubs such as Key Club and Influencers for Society, a club which spreads general positivity across the school and Chicago community. Jackson’s favorite genres are action and comedy, with Mission Impossible 5 (2015) and Airplane! (1977) being his favorite movies. His favorite subject is statistics, especially involving sports statistics which he, along with sports journalism, expressed interest and great enthusiasm for a possible college career at University of Missouri or Temple University. Jackson enjoys traveling across the United States. You might find him in New Jersey’s beaches or the ski resorts of Colorado. Here at Lane, however, you can find him reporting on the most exciting sports games of the year.
